The other day I made some butter.....
To start off you'll need Heavy whipping cream, salt, and a jar. It helps if you refrigorate it first..... so step one. Gather everything you'll need. Pour the cream into the clean cold jar, add the salt, put on the lid tightly and shake.... shake and shake! It really helps if you have two people so you can take turns or roll it back and forth. Shake it until you can see the sides of the jar..... it should be in one clump..... it should take an hour at the most. After it's done..... you put it in a bowl and serve!
